Japanese Make-up 2014 Summer Collections, top10

Everyone is excited about summer as it means for some people holidays, travels, beaches etc. Japanese makeup brands are ready to make you beautiful, with waterproof products and to protect your skin! Let’s see my own ranking of the new collections.

10. ADDICTION (entry)

After the release of the new skin protector this spring, Ayako has revealed the collection for the upcoming summer, taking her inspiration from the island of Ibiza. Named “Es Paradis”, this collection tends to reflect the atmosphere of the festive and cool island with attractive colors.

9. CHICCA (entry)

On sales since May the 9th, the new collection from Chicca is named “Summer Horizon”. With nudy style and touches of pink colors, this collection aims to have an adult ad charming look.

8. Majolica Majorca (=)

Following their hunter line, Majolica Majorca has revealed their new collection for this summer, named “Sweet Trap”. Some products are already on sales while others will be revealed later in the trimester. However, we can already see that this collection will give the awaited atmosphere of summer, with the new perfumed nail polishes.

7. THREE (+ 3)

In the bottom of the ranking last spring, THREE makes a progression in my ranking for this summer, with the summer nail collection named “Little Fluffy Clouds”. With not less than 12 new colors, the collection gives a pastel and bright atmosphere.

6. LUNASOL (+3)

Celebrating their 15th anniversary, Lunasol has revealed their summer collection “W Lighting” aiming to give a purifying and glowing makeup. The limited edition of the products shows beautiful and bright colors.

5. RMK (-1)

Inspired from three places where good summer holidays can be spend to, RMK bring you to Costa Rica, Côte d’Azur, and Isola di Capri. The creator Kaori “wants you to relax and enjoy your make-up with no hassles”.

4. Les Merveilleuses la Durée (-3)

With the concept “Un petit monde rêvé” (a little dreamed world), les Merveilleuses la Durée proposes refreshing shades with limited products. The Face and Eye color has a creative shell motif and definitely gives the summer feeling.

Paul & Joe know that you like to eat ice cream when summer comes. And their collection “Ice Cream Parlour” will surely please you with the sweet and creamy colors, filled with ice cream tastes. The collection also features 25 new nail polish shades!
